The practice no longer provides the service of completing medical information forms to support firearm licensing. We are aware there are a number of private companies providing this service and would advise patients seeking firearms certification to contact one of them for the completion of the appropriate medical information forms. In accordance with Police Scotland regulations information regarding a firearms licence will continue to be held within the medical records.
